TEAM DIANA  In the News - Friday, May 4, 2007 -- Two Three Rivers real estate agents will be combining their talents to work together to assist clients in buying and selling local properties. And since they share the same first name, they’ve come up with a catchy name for their venture: “Team Diana.”    “When Diana Glass mentioned that she would like a business partner, the timing could not have been better,” said Diana Jules, who will be returning to Century 21 Three Rivers after more than a decade hiatus.

 Diana Glass has been with the local Century 21 office for many years. She is a perennial recipient of the Centurion Award, which honors the corporation’s top producers.


 Diana Jules has devoted the past 15 years to home schooling her two daughters, the youngest of who will be graduating high school this month. When Glass proposed the partnership, Jules said she jumped at the opportunity.

 “My background is in real estate,” she explained. “Also, our family has owned and operated a successful construction company for the last 25 years, so the transition seems natural.”

Together, Team Diana is looking forward to helping people make their dreams come true in Three Rivers, Jules said.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE: Diana Glass (left) and David Learned of Three Rivers were recently honored by the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation for attaining the "Ruby" level in the C-21 Masters Program that recognizes an elite group of sales associates for their outstanding achievement.

Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, franchiser of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, has announced that Century 21 Three Rivers is the recipient of the 2002 Quality Service Office award.

“The receipt of this award is a great honor for Century 21 Three Rivers,” said Wayne Lentz, broker/owner. “The award is the result of our hard work and the quality customer service that we strive to provide to each of our customers.”

The Quality Service Award is an integral part of the Century 21 commitment to excellence and recognizes an office’s dedication to service based on customer feedback received from the Quality Service Survey. The survey results are compiled from emailed comments or a postcard that is returned by a customer after the purchase or sale through a C-21 office.

To earn a Quality Service Award, an office must receive surveys for at least 25 percent of the consumers surveyed in the first three quarters of the calendar year. The survey score index must exceed 90 percent.

“It is always an honor to recognize an office like Three Rivers, which is willing to do whatever it takes for customer satisfaction,” said Van Davis, C-21 president and CEO.

On Monday, April 14, Lentz and his top associates, David Learned and Diana Glass, received certificates of recognition and lapel pins at a special luncheon at Gateway Restaurant.

David Learned and Diana Glass were also congratulated on their outstanding achievement for attaining the “Ruby” level in the C-21 Masters Program. The Masters Program recognizes an elite group of Century 21 sales associates.

“The loyalty, commitment, and dedication that David and Diana have demonstrated has earned them the recognition that they deserve,” said Wayne Lentz, who with his wife, Connie, owns the local C-21 office. “The success of C-21 Three Rivers is due largely to the unparalleled effort and quality service of these two fine associates.”
