Three Rivers California....
Gateway to Sequoia National Park.
Just imagine how wonderful it is to live at the
entrance to Sequoia National Park and along the fresh, crystal clear Kaweah
Rivers. The sounds of the rivers fill the town, and as you drive around Three
Rivers Ca you are always along one of the rivers. The snow capped High Sierras are huge at the
end of the Kaweah Canyon - Moro Rock and Alta Peak are commanding. We are just 3
-4 hours from Los Angeles and San Francisco by car, and on the western side of
the Sierra below the level of Bishop CA (ie on the other, more sunny
side of the Sierra Nevada's).
Imagine the roar of the Kaweah River. Imagine how great
it is to hear the river all year long? Most people say they never sleep better
than when they are along the River. At times you can hear boulders rolling down
the river during a big storm in the winter. When there is high water, rocks roll down the river and give off
sparks as they hit each other.
It is so glorious to swim in the river. The rivers are a
series of pools and falls as they cascade down from the towering Sierra's. The
water is beautiful, it glistens in the sun. In the summer we go for a swim a
couple of times a day to refresh and cool our body core.
The remarkable thing about our rivers is that since it is
the runoff from the snow in Sequoia National Park, the water is crystal clear
Plus, THERE ARE NO TRAFFIC LIGHTS IN THREE RIVERS!
RIVERS...WHERE IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU
EVER FIND A PLACE LIKE THIS?
A little over 100 years ago, the Three
Rivers waterfront area was occupied by about 2000 Native Americans. Little has
changed; the river is clean and clear, the land has been developed some, but the scenic
beauty remains. A small town of about 2800 people midway up the State of
California, at the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We are at 1000 ft
elevation, which gives us four nice seasons, but not much snow, and perched
above the San Joaquin Valley.

One of us is always "on duty" and
available to give you maps, information, or a tour, even at the last minute. Three Rivers is
different; there are no tract homes, every lot is a different size, and each
neighborhood has a unique personality. We have resident celebrities, CEO's
of large corporations, farmers, ranchers, artists, and cowboys.
If you would just like some information
for a "self-guided" tour let us know when you are coming and we can provide you
with a map of the area and a report of all the listings in the area. If
you prefer to show yourself around and not get involved with a real estate agent
we can facilitate that . Call
us anytime for information 559 799-8201.
We can show you any listing that you would like to see
regardless of listing office. There are other
listings in the Three Rivers area that are not on this website that are on the
MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for Tulare County. I would be happy to
email information on any MLS listing, or all available type of properties; i.e.,
"3BR, 2 Bath with acreage".
